Close in Rancher located in the Lewiston orchards area. Several restaurants in the area within walking distance, along with a bowling alley. This home has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated throughout. It has two bedrooms with pillowtop new Queen beds. One bathroom, full kitchen, living room and a dining room with table and seating for 6 people. You will feel right at home in our place. Also has a private fence in the backyard for your dogs.

Great Spot, a little overgrown.
Great little place to stay for me and my family while they were visiting. However, the backyard was rather overgrown and needed to be mowed as well as the front yard. Fit our needs and was comfortable.

Perfect Fit
The house was comfortable and wonderfully located. It didn’t take long to get anywhere we wanted to go and it was easy to find. The hosts were very thoughtful and kind. Such a quiet neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house pictures are accurate of property. Had issues with lock on door. Owner was there quickly and resolved problem.

Pleasent place to stay
We enjoyed our stay in Lewiston at this charming house. It is a well-kept property and close to the town. Has a convenient fenced in back yard for a dog. We did have one small problem with the shower head, and it was fixed it immediately the next day. Very responsive. Comfortable beds, couches, and all the little extras made us feel at home. It was a very comfortable stay as we moved our son to the area.

Other than the water pressure in the shower our stay was great. We had issues with the heater the first night but they came over right away and helped my husband fix it. We were warm and toast after that.

Driving up a little disappointed on landscape Great location very spacious kitchen area was roomy and lots of amenities House had a lot of animal hair in corners and on bedding towels in bathroom had musty smell I am an animal person but feel it should have been not there on my bedding should be cleaner I would have washed them but no washer and dryer available

Worked fine for our needs
First and foremost, the beds were really comfortable! That's always a plus! The property was conveniently located for our needs. The neighborhood is not well-kept, but we did not feel unsafe. If you like wine, Clearwater Canyon Cellars is an easy 2 block walk from the house. And their wine is delicious! The house could use a deep clean and a few details like clothes hangers in the closets, shampoo when it lists shampoo as an amenity, and an upgrade on basic cooking utensils like spatulas, etc. The yard could use some love too, but as far as utility goes, the house served our needs; we were not there to spend a lot of time in the rental.

The beds and couch were super comfortable. The edges of the floor were not vacumned well and the lawn was not mowed (although it had been raining previously). The property is located near the main road so was convient but noisy in one bedroom until late Saturday night. Overall the property fit our needs. Host was easy to contact.

As I suggested the last time I stayed here. Chairs in the bedrooms would be nice to be able to sit down while dressing. One bed is too high off the floor. The bathroom shower is inconvenient to use and the light in the living room doesn’t work.

Not well maintained
Poorly maintained rental. Curtains were flimsy and didn’t fit the windows in both bedrooms. Bathroom towels were musty smelling and frayed. My kids found a cigarette that rolled out from under the couch. There was only a 1/4 roll of paper towels and same for toilet paper without replacement rolls anywhere on the rental. Random bottles of toiletries were left but look dirty. All the washcloths were stained and dingy. The outside landscape was overgrown and not maintained. Property is situated on a 1 way street making it difficult to get to and from.

Outside was full of bugs and all plants and grass dead! Inside clean, kitchen cabinets filthy, couch had food in it, limited pots and pans. Had to buy bug spray for doors as they came when you open doors.Bugs inside! Owner justified all my concerns! Beds were comfortable but comforter looks old ! Window coverings and shower curtains a joke... Do not expect to much for how much you pay.

Really Great 3 night visit in a very well-located Lewiston / Clarkston area home with our dogs!
A delightful 3-night stay for us and our beloved well-behaved doggos. Everything we wanted, everything we needed, and even more than we'd reasonably expected! This property is dog-friendly with a fully enclosed, secure back yard. Notably easy to tidy up during your stay and when you leave! This is a VERY clean, VERY comfortable and spacious 2 BR home located on an exceptionally quiet residential street off a busy avenue in the Lewiston Highlands / Lewiston Orchards area. Very restful. Beds, pillows, etc. were ideal for us. So much more comfortable than a hotel/motel.There's a new / newish jumbo flat-screen TV w Roku, Fast internet service and excellent cell phone (Verizon) coverage. Just about every possible amenity not already in the home is located just 2 minutes (pizza, sandwiches, upscale tav) to 10 minutes (everything else) away. Hosted an 8-person dinner party in the home on our second night -- To conclude, we recommend this property VERY HIGHLY! For us frequent travelers, 5 ***** stars across the board..

Overall, it was exactly what we needed for our stay. If I was going to be there for a relaxing stay I would have picked something different. There aren't many awesome amenities. There are no Coffee tables or end tables in the living room. So, there is no where to set a drink if you're watching TV. Which is kind of hard with little ones. The linens, towels and kitchen ware are not the best. The drapery is not good if your looking to catch some good shut eye. Especially in the spring and summer. But, if your in town and won't be at the house much. It's a great place for the price. It beats a hotel and is very pet friendly. Overall a 4 for the price point and met our needs exactly. Owner was very nice and responsive. The remote batteries died and there were none in the house. She brought some right over and was very kind.

Not up to par
I have stayed in VRBO before, different location. This home was poorly maintained inside and out. I had to call the property manager regarding 4 over full garbage cans and a lawn that was over grown. Someone came and mowed the grass, but the garbage was not removed until the day we left. Outside of the home has substantial paint peeling issues. Inside of the home there was food in the cupboards that was expired by over a year. It gritty feeling areas in the bathroom and kitchen. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, I found out it was loose and readjusted it myself. I got the impression the home had bed vacuumed, but no real cleaning done. I will be in Lewiston again, although I will not be renting this one again.

Garage locked and sign at basement stairs “No Entry” Stay out of Basement. First night at house the temperature was 66 degrees, no heat. Messaged the owners, 24 hours later they notified me that the oil must be out. Then fuel was delivered then we had heat. Throughout our stay, the heat in the house ranged from 68 to 72°. One night we had rain and water was leaking in the kitchen ceiling. There is an obvious leak. Paint peeling in the kitchen ceiling. The lawn/flowerbeds need weeding and attention. The dumpsters were full. When we took our trash out there was no room, we had to pile ours on top of already full trash dumpsters. The bathroom tub drain is slow to drain resulting in building of water and sludge resulting in the tub being extremely slick. Beware! It’s unsafe! The bathroom sink hot water does not flow very good at all. It’s slightly more than a dribble. I paid extra for my niece and her small dog staying however, we did not receive a credit for the inconvenience of being without heat for 24 hours. Buyers beware.
