I needed early check-in as our arrival time was early morning and their check-in was 4:00 pm. I called the night before, he charged me the early check-in fee and done. "We enjoyed our stay in this home...albeit the layout was very odd. There were a couple set of stairs, and it's an older home. Our host responded to any communications quickly. It was in an odd part of town (more businesses then residential), but we felt safe. All exterior doors had locks. We had everything we needed while we were there. Thank you!"
