"Chris at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. I have stayed here for several days twice, and I will definitely be returning. My only complaint is every day, the Wi-Fi goes out for at least a few minutes sometimes twice a day. Also, there’s no coffee in the rooms like other motels. Other than that, everything was great."

"It was a good comfortable stay for one night, the king bed was comfortable sink was great and the shower head was great, but some disadvantages I didn’t like there was holes in the sheets from cigarette smoke, the bathtub bottom was ripped, paint ripped off, no tiny shampoo and conditioner hotels always give you they just have you bath soap. it sucks the microwave was downstairs, was super cold, it was super cold when I went into the room. But overall, good stay for one night. "

"A friend and I were in Hanover to see a comedy show. This hotel was adequate for a one night stay when we really only needed a place to sleep. It was difficult booking an Uber on a Sunday afternoon to go from the hotel to downtown Hanover. On the way back, we gave up on Uber and walked the 2 miles. It was an easy and safe walk."

"We had a fabulous weekend celebrating our 40th anniversary at the Shoe House. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail thought of by the hosts. We spent our weekend cooking together, playing games, sitting out by the fire pit and enjoying the hot tub. Sleeping accommodations are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The downstairs family room is where we gathered the most and having a full refrigerator, bar, and coffee station was a huge plus. We had a fabulous memorable time....
