Cuddle up in our cozy condo in Lewes.

A quick drive to the boardwalk and many beaches and just walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops right in the community. Oh and the outlet shopping isn't far either.

Parking: Large open parking, no named spots, never never an issue with multiple cars.

There is a bus stop nearby to take you to so many areas if you don't want to drive.

BUT you are in WALKING distance to so many amenities including 6 restaurants, one grocery store, 2 Spas, 2 Pharmacies, multiple community pools, a playground next door, a park, tennis / pickleball courts, walking/biking paths and a few bars! Yes we really mean WALKING Distance to all of these!!!
When you get home from the beach, shower and head out for the evening and walk home.

The entire condo is available for your getaway!
Electronic lock with unique code given to each guest before check-in.

NOTE: No trailers are allowed anywhere on property.

If gourmet COOKING is your passion, then this is the get away spot for you. We include a well stocked kitchen with basic cooking ingredients, full compliment of pots and pans, French Press, blender and so much more...

We have fast Wifi and SlingTV Blue loaded on all or use your favorite streaming app and kick-back with some wine or a brew.

Books and board games are available for family fun and we provide beach chairs (4) and towels (4) - you just bring the sunscreen.

In the warmer months, you can choose between the beach, pools or tennis.

Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day with some extra some years.

Chatham Pool: May 26 through September 4, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Parker Run Pool: May 26 through September 17, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Adult swim: Wednesdays, 5 to 9 p.m.

We love DOGS and allow well behaved dogs < ~50 lbs with approval.

The community is very dog friendly with doggy waste stations throughout the community.

If you plan on travelling with your dog, after you book, please send us the dog size and breed.

(Sorry, can't have cats at the house due to owners allergies)

We love our Lewes Condo, and would ask you to take extra special care if you have your dog to make sure there isn't unneeded wear and tear on our home. Please take extra time to clean up after your 4 legged friend and care for our home as you would want someone to take care of yours.

We have a dog bed and bowls you can use and usually have some snacks for your pet to welcome them to our home! We ask that your beloved dog stays off furniture and beds, please use the dog bed provided or bring your own that they love to snuggle in.

While we love to accommodate dogs, it creates extra cleaning for our professional cleaning crew to ensure the place is 5 Star ready for the next renter.

There is an additional $50 fee the cleaning company charges when a pet stays with their human. We pass this through, we do not make any money on this, just make sure the cleaning crew, who will be spending more time, will be able to properly compensate their employees.

If you booked on Airbnb, they do not not allow a special pet fee add-in so they require using their resolution center to request the fee. Once booked and your dog is approved, we will send the $50 pet cleaning fee, which needs to be paid at least 1 week before your check-in date.
