Located just outside the Historic District of Lewes, DE, right off Route 1 to the east, this townhome is located in the charming and quiet development of “Taramino – The Villas of Lewes” with access to Georgetown-Lewes Trail so you can bike to the beach without having to cross the highway! Minutes to the beach of your choice: Cape Henlopen, Lewes Beach, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany. A short drive to Ocean City MD, and Assateague National Sea Shore to indulge in nature with the wild horses. The location is extremely convenient to the outlets along Route 1 as well as miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, restaurants, etc.

This lovely decorated 3 Br, 2.5 Bath townhome was fully renovated with a brand new kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, new white cabinets, new SAMSUNG stainless steel appliances with an easy-to-clean glass top stove, and extra large French door refrigerator. Small appliances include a 10-cup coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, boiler and and more! Open the drawers and cabinets, you will find fully loaded cookware, silverware, plates/bowls/cups, wine glasses and beer glasses and utensils ready for meals big or small!

The house is bright and airy with ceiling fans, skylights, and beautiful and exceptionally comfortable furniture and beachy theme decorations to evoke the natural colors and brightness of the beach.

Upstairs, you have bright and spacious three bedrooms with a newly renovated master bathroom and a gorgeous stall bath. New washer/dryer in the laundry room at this level. The master bedroom has a new private bath, with all upgraded vanity and fixtures, and a walk-in closet for your belongings. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a second bedroom has a queen bed, and a third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom, and a walk-in closet. The unit can comfortably accommodate 7 people.

We provide 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella for your enjoyment. You have a workstation set up in the sunroom with a printer you can connect with wifi. You can work while enjoy the beaches !

- Hotel size shampoo and conditioner -Coffee/tea bags
- 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels
- Dishwasher detergent and cloth detergent

Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels (2 queens, 1 full, 1 twin). Pillows, shams, blanket/comforters will be provided. Host can assist you to rent linens from linen rentals if you otherwise prefer.

We use a professional cleaning service once you have checked out. Check-in time is not before 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 11:00 am. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (state photo id required).
