In-Town Lewes with a Private Pool!!

Beautiful in-town Lewes home with a Private Pool! Such a rarity in town especially with an occupancy of 10. This large home has lots of living spaces for spreading out in addition to four bedrooms and two additional sleeping spaces. The first floor features a large eat-in kitchen with adjacent dining room, a game room (with pool table!) and a family room with a half bathroom. The second floor has a second family room a master bedroom with private bathroom and three additional bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Take your morning coffee on one of the many balconies or just wander out to the pool deck where you may end up just whiling the day away. A close walk or bike ride into town for dinner after a long day of lounging or just to get some ice cream at King's.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Pool only available during the summer season.

This property does not allow pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

The only thing that could have been better is one more shower (there are 2) for 10 people but otherwise it was perfect! Walkable to downtown, gorgeous pool area and tons of space!

A Great Time For Everyone

Beautiful house with lots of space. Wonderful location. Pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition to our vacation. Surprised to have 2 1/2 baths downstairs.

We love the it and we will book it again!!
We were there 1:30 and We were not able to get our keys because chem in what’s until 2:00 pm . So I think it was inconvenient for out trip !! But home was really good and meet our expectations!! Will book it again!!

Great property, poor management
The house was awesome, very luxurious and excellent location. Rental company had poor service, no organized check in, closed at 5:00 on Friday.. the back pool area was dirty, trash and food on tables. The grill was dirty, gas tank on empty. I called the company about gas, they said it was my responsibility to refill?? Why didn’t anyone check it? The hot water heater broke during stay on a Monday, and they did have someone out to fix promptly... Overall, excellent property and below average management

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this property and it was perfect for our family with three boys. They all got very spacious rooms and we loved the master bedroom. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the location is a quick walk into town. The only complaint is that the rooms should have some sort of shades, curtains or room darkening blinds. Being there in the summer, it was Very bright in the rooms late at night and early in the morning.
