Amazing 3BR Home, within Walking Distance to Rehoboth Bay, Perfect Fishing

Make yourself at home in this delightful 3-bedroom retreat within walking distance to Rehoboth Bay (north shores, near Love Creek). This gorgeous house was renovated in 2024 with vacationing families/groups in mind. It offers 2 king bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room with a trundle, and a sleeper sofa giving plenty of space to sleep everyone. There are two living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen/dining area, and a large private backyard with a screened in porch providing space for everyone to relax and unwind.

What makes us unique:
Enjoy access to the private community dock (a short walk from the house) where you can fish, crab, and launch your kayak or floats in the bay. Basic crabbing supplies available for your use.

**Bring your boat!** There is a public boat launch just down the street from the house and plenty of space in the driveway to store your boat/jet ski when not in the water.

What to do in the warm season:
Visit our beautiful Delaware beaches - Rehoboth, Cape Henlopen, and Dewey are all within 8 miles of the house.

For year round fun, enjoy easy access to the Tangler Outlets, movie theater, bars, restaurants, mini golf, boardwalk shops, state parks and more - most within a 15 minute drive or Uber ride!

Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, wash/dryer, a grill, fire pit, basic cleaning supplies, bath towels, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Kid friendly amenities include a pack n play and high chair available for use during your stay. There is also a sound machine/night light in the bunk room.

Comfortable home close to Delaware beaches

What a great experience! Home was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-equipped. So glad there was a crockpot. We loved the screened in porch and fire pit. We were so close to a boat launch, which was convenient. Becky was amazing in her timely and detailed communication. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Pleasantly Surprised

The ad promised a lot, but it often falls short of expectations. This time, however, it exceeded them. The place was even better than described. I particularly appreciated having access to the garage and the extra parking space available in the yard. The additional bug spray was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and Becky was incredibly responsive and kept us well-informed throughout. Highly recommended!

A Hidden Gem

This property was top notch. It’s gorgeous inside and was perfect for our family of 6! The location is perfect as well- very quiet yet close to rt 1. The house itself was so homie and cozy. Furniture was so comfortable as were the beds. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a house so comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and it was a nice walk to the dock to look at the water! It was a little tight getting our boat in the driveway only because it’s a little narrow, but my husband didn’t seem to have any trouble backing it in! The house came equipped with stuff that a lot of other places don’t (beach items, beach chairs, firewood for the fire pit, paper towels and toilet paper). Becky the owner was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had! It was just a really great place! We will definitely be renting this place again!!
