Home was great! Updated and large open floor plan compared to a lot of the other homes around Lake Mac. Easy drive to the nearby beach or 15 mins down the road to the Lemoyne boat ramp. You can learn about the history of Lewellen with a visit to Ash Hollow Cave. While you're in the area, wander around the natural setting.
You can take time to visit Bluewater Battlefield State Historical Park during your travels to Lewellen. While you're in the area, wander around the parks.
Lewellen Public Library is just one of the places to see in Lewellen, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? While you're in the area, wander around the parks.
I was not able to see much of Lewellen but I met a handful of the residents and they were very friendly, nice, down-to-earth people so if they are any representation of the town then this is a place I would love to return to for vacation.
