"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). "Chalet Alexia is well designed and finished to a high standard with plenty of room for up to 10, probably more. The bedrooms are small but comfortable with terrific mattresses even for picky American tastes. The large ski storage room and 5 person sauna really make a week of skiing better. The best feature though is the large open great room with a massive fireplace, table for 10 and beautiful mountain views. The rental agency staff was friendly and available whenever we needed them. "Loved this property! It was a perfect ski chalet! We walked to go rent skis and then walked to slopes (using funicular) - could also walk to grocery store. A little sledding hill was right across from condo too! House was super cozy - beautiful views from back yard! It was a perfect stay! I’d love to go again! Host was responsive when we needed him. "
