Un très agréable sejour
Nous avons passé 12 jours dans cette belle maison, dans un petit village tranquille, très bien située pour visiter les alentours. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Seul bémol, les lits étaient un peu petit et pas assez ferme à notre goût. Merci Christophe

Vraiment de superbes vacances passées dans cette magnifique maison. Les extérieurs sont tout aussi sublimes. Encore plus beau que les photos de l'annonce. Jardin entièrement clos et tres grand. Magnifique piscine. Christophe est super sympathique et tres sérieux. Les Équipements sont tres biens il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé 15 jours extraordinaires dans cette location. Un havre de paix, jardin , piscine et vue magnifiques. Très bien située, aux pieds de la forêt de pins, à deux pas du centre du village. Adresse que nous gardons précieusement. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Un havre de paix dans un charmant village
Très belle maison bien équipée avec une jolie piscine et un grand jardin. Le village est très calme, parfait pour se reposer. Deux randonnées sont accessibles de la maison dans les forêts de pins. Proche d’une plage magnifique (cap de l’Homy) et à une heure de Biarritz.

Perfekt wenn man Ruhe sucht.
Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Etwa 300 Meter entfernt ist ein kleiner Laden in dem man kleinere Besorgungen tätigen kann und morgens ab 08:30 Uhr frische Baguettes und Croissants kaufen kann. Für größere Einkäufe ist ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt etwa 12 km entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen weil wir genau diese Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe gesucht haben. Wenn man etwas sucht um auch mal abends auszugehen ist man hier jedoch falsch. Der in vorherigen Kommentaren erwähnte Betrieb mit seinem monotonen Brummen hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Es gibt auch eine tolle Außenküche mit gemauerten Grill und Sitzgelegenheit mit Marmortisch, die wir intensiv genutzt haben. In der aktuellen Beschreibung wurde diese nicht erwähnt. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und komplett eingezäunt, falls man mit kleinen Kindern oder Hund anreisen sollte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und alles hat gepasst, netter Kontakt, sehr schönes Haus mit privatem Pool in einem kleinen Dorf eine Min vom Wald. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wieder kommen✨

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Tolle Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr schönen Pool und großem Garten. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Doppelhauses und war äußerst sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Familienurlaub notwendig ist. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Grill (Holzkohle) im Garten und zusätzlich einen Elektrogrill. Das Bad ist groß, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit großen Schränken ausgestattet. Die Küche ist eher klein aber funktional, mit Spülmaschine. Die Terrasse ist groß und man findet dort Schatten. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Dorf Levignacq ist ein kleines Dorf rd. 25 Minuten von den Stränden des Atlantiks entfernt. Es gibt dort einen "Tante-Emma-Laden" in dem man morgens Baguette und Croissants bekommt. Außerdem gibt es ein Restaurant. Im 10 km entfernten Lit-et-Mix gibt es Supermärkte und weitere Restaurants. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung gibt es (Stand 08/2023) keine Klimaanlage, diese würde die Wohnung sicherlich weiter aufwerten und für Abkühlung in den Nächten sorgen. Ein Infoflyer zur Wohnung (z.B. Müllentsorgung, Funktionsweise Herd) wäre sicherlich hilfreich.

Pour nous trois, la maison parfaite
Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette belle maison à Lévignac. Deux chambres, une salle de bains très spacieuse, un petit salon et salle à manger. Une grande terrasse, juste en face de la grande piscine. Le propriétaire Christophe est très sympathique. Pour nous trois, la maison parfaite. Une épicerie, un bureau de poste et un joli restaurant avec bar se trouvent dans le village. Les belles plages de l'Atlantique sont à seulement 20 à 30 minutes en voiture.

Tolle Terasse, schöner Pool, ruhige Lage
Freundlicher Kontakt per App. Begrüßt wurden wir von der Mutter, die auch sehr freundlich war. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die Schlafzimmer groß, das Bad ist großzügig, die Küche und das Wohn-/Esszimmer sind ziemlich klein. Super ist die überdachte Terrasse, die im Sommer quasi das Wohnzimmer ersetzt. Großer Pool und schöner Garten. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht, so dass es trotz Regen beim Auto laden kaum nass wurde. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass im Zimmer unserer Kinder (Junge 17 und Mädchen 11 Jahre alt) sogar zwei Betten gerichtet waren, (sieht man glaub ich nicht auf den Bildern) Das war wirklich gut, da es ja nur französische Betten sind. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Ein schöner Ort, von dem aus man mit dem Auto in ca 20 Minuten am Meer ist. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Makel
Der Urlaub war insgesamt wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem wichtigsten Sachen ausgestattet. Man hat einen traumhaften großen Garten und eine großzügige überdachte Terrasse zum Essen. Es gibt direkt unten im Ort einen kleinen Supermarkt in dem man morgens frisches Baguette kaufen kann. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Contis Plage. Also alles in allem sehr schön, die einzigen zwei Mankos: der Pool war sehr stark gechlort und hinter dem Garten steht in ca 100m Abstand eine Fabrik die werktags mit konstantem Brummen ein wenig Urlaubsflair nimmt. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter stets freundlich: 4,5/5 Sternen.

La maison est conforme à la description et aux photos, très bien entretenue, mention spéciale pour la salle de bain ! Christophe est très serviable et disponible, répond très rapidement. A savoir, la maison est assez isolée et la voiture est obligatoire pour le moindre déplacement mais au moins c’est très calme et le jardin sans vis à vis, très agréable ! Je recommande sans hésiter
