"The Staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel had parking access inside the gate to the town. It was very clean and there was a simple breakfast in the morning with healthy options. The only problem we had was that the bed was extremely hard. "Great hotel with lots of history and character. Excellent location, we walked from the airport and left by walking to train station. Nice breakfast selection. Bit noisy on a Sat night but we were lucky to have a room that faced onto to the river. Would stay again."

Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"

Perfect place for Carnivale

"Wonderful location for Carnivale, its on the parade route. The room is very bright but, they have electric blinds so you can adjust the light coming in. The breakfast is great it has lots of choices. The beach is just across the street. After we got tired we went into the bar to sit, watch the parade and have drinks, watching through their giant windows. great place with a caring owner and staff"

What a gem!

"Hotel is a short walk from the train station & within the wall. Staff was amazing! So personable & helpful! Bathrobe & slippers were a plus. Room was incredibly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. So reasonably priced. Only stayed for one night. Wish it was for more! Would absolutely stay here again!"

"A smiling friendly welcome, spotlessly clean large room with a super comfy bed and a spacious bathroom with excellent big shower. What more do you need. Lovely property in the old town only a short walk from the railways station. Ideal for exploring or relaxing. Nice little bar on site to with a good selection of drinks including local artisan beers."
