"This hotel has been renamed The New Hotel Palace. It was grand, beautiful pool area, ornate lobby and sitting areas albeit somewhat dated. The staff was lovely. It was very quiet, guessing that it was off season. The breakfast was not enticing, a bit disappointing. The same foods were out for 2 mornings so there was nothing that was fresh except maybe the loaf of bread to toast. "

"Great hotel in the heart of Trapani, very friendly and helpful staff, specially Lisa, on the front desk. The hotel is five minutes from the beach, old town, restaurants and rail/bus station. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Comfortable room with shared breakfast room. Walk to old town further than expected but was good exercise. Having to walk to a cafe to get a croissant for breakfast is not my idea of B&B. Enjoyable stay overall."
