We ask for a deposit of 1000 euros which is required to be paid beforehand. This will be refunded after your stay, once the room has been checked and we made up the energy report.

We offer both short-term and long-term stay options, with short-term rates starting from three months. Our long-term rates, starting from twelve months, are also available if you plan on staying longer. Unlike our competitors, our prices include internet, waste collection, water, electricity, and fortnightly cleaning of the studio and bathroom. We also provide bed linen change and clean towels, ensuring that you always have a fresh and hygienic living space.
