"Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! I had the foot massage and Oatmeal bath as my spa services and they were amazing and very reasonably priced! The staff went out of their way to accommodate and allowed us to stay in the room well after our check out time so that I could check out after my spa treatments. I didn’t even ask! Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious!"

"The room was super spacious..the pillows were huge for hugging!! Except for thd sysined carpet , it was fabulous...the location ideal, right in the middle of the pedestrian street Walk to mny restaurants along the canal.like..to the Thermal spa Maria at reception was very hospital & helpful! Die wunderbare Natur ist prima für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen geeignet, wobei leider das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts regnerisch war. "My husband and i were given a single room on the first floor overlooking the bar next door. It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "
