If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a charge of $25ea or $40(for both) with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

You have full and total access of the basement during your stay. There is keyless entry to the home; a code will be provided to you after you book with us. We do not live on site, but are a quick message or phone call away!

Our home has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.

✦ Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided to you after you book with us.
✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
✦Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews will be required to pay a $500 refundable damage deposit before a booking is confirmed and check-in instructions are shared. Additionally, based on our screening process, other profiles may also be subject to a $500 refundable damage deposit at our discretion. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the reservation, provided the property is returned without damages or missing items.
✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
✦ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. There are others living in the area so we have neighbors to respect.
✦ No pets allowed in the home.
✦ Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.
✦ No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) and no drug use - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
✦ The maximum occupancy on this property is 4 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person/per night.
✦ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
✦ Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
