"4th floor rooms have been modernized. Great Breakfast. Old town Udine is about a 10 minute walk away. Train station nearby but never heard any noise. There's a nominal fee for parking in an interior courtyard lot."

"Very nice farm house . It’s far from shops so you have to go into near by beach to get groceries. The rooms are equipped with stove and fridge etc. There was no water provided in fridge , you would have to provide own. The breakfast was nice but at the time we stayed the coffee machine didn’t work ..."

"Besitzerin war total nett und freundlich. Sprach auch gut deutsch. Frühstück war der Wahnsinn. Hammer Auswahl. Klima im Zimmer war etwas laut und der Holzboden knirscht sonst alles gut. Tolle Poolanlage."
