"Good standard hotel in calms surroundings with short walk to Grand Place. Comfortable bed. Gym closes early on weekends, which is a minus. No access to sauna but to a lukewarm splashing pool and a small yakuze which is busy most of the time."

My only negative is no aircon which would be a nightmare in the summer, they do supply a big noisy fan. Perhaps B&B who are new owners will install aircon? Other than that it was an ..."

"The property was good but the service was very poor, we waited for nearly 1.30 hours for check-in. There was only one person at the receiption and was very slow. Need to increase some staff or consider how to speed up the process"
