"Great hotel, great location and excellent accommodations "

"This is a beautiful hotel, however, the customer service brings the rating down. Unlike a lot of other hotels the staff were extremely hesitant to allow us to leave our baggage at the hotel before checking in. Our flight landed in the morning and check in wasn’t until 2, we ended up upgrading to allow us to move freely. Breakfast is really great but one staff member on to assist all customers orders and check in does not work and creates long wait times and a competition to get attention. Lastly...

Scuff marks on the walls, stains on the towels and sheets, bed sheets that don't fit the beds properly (so they come off once in a while), bathroom door was bashed open so lock doesn't work, window does not close properly (but on 3rd floor so not a safety concern). The apartment was alright, the location is great."
