Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. However, after renting holiday properties for almost 15 years we dare say that this one has let us down in several aspects. First and foremost it is not equipped sufficiently to serve 4 adults leave alone the 8 advertised. I.e. we only found a 2 cup Bialetti Mokka maker and a 4 cup filter coffee maker in the entire house; there were only 4 big coffee mugs for all...

"Massimo was a pleasure to deal with from my first inquiry through to the end of the stay. The house is very homely and rustic with all the amenities you could need. We explored the region during our stay and were very happy with the location. The views from the property are spectacular and the veranda and outdoor space were the perfect place to relax. "Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."

"This is a great place for a getaway from it all. In a remote beautiful mountainous area surrounded by wonderful woods. The coast is around 45 minute drive. My children loved it. However you might find it hard to stay longer without a washing machine, television, an oven, and a toaster. There is a basic internet connection and a new cooker and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts are both really friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is located in beautiful area. This hotel is family-run and they are very nice and friendly. They offered a glass of wine right after our arrival and it was a pleasant surprise. One of their family member is also running a nice Korean-Italian fusion restaurant "Uri" ~20 minutes driving away from the hotel. Food was great and restaurant staff were very pleasant."
