Charming newly built villa in Lesa. The house is situated on the first hills of Lesa, a short walk from the center and Lake Maggiore. The interiors are composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. The living room leads to the external porch and to the garden where you can enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and the hills. The villa has 2 private parking spaces.

Traumhafte Lage mit super Aussicht und Ruhe
Alles in Ordnung und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Das Haus ist ordentlich und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Das einzige Manko: eine Bahntrasse läuft in der Nähe allerdings nicht sehr laut.

Traumhaft ruhige Panoramalage
Das Haus ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Vielfalt an Blumen und Pflanzen im Garten ist wundervoll und wird vom Eigentümer liebevoll gepflegt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann viele schöne Ausflüge in der Nähe machen (die Inseln, Santa Caterina mit dem Schiff ab Stresa, Villa Taranto, auf den Mottarone, auch Mailand ist nur eine gute Stunde mit dem Auto) und abends kann man gemütlich in den Ort hinunter spazieren (10 min) und durch malerische Gassen schlendern, an der Promenade Essen gehen oder eine Bar besuchen. Wir hatten eine bezaubenrde Woche Ferien dort! Grazie, e stato molto bello!!

Eine Perle am Lago !
Das Haus ist fast neu, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es hat einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit vielen Blumen und einen tollen Blick auf den See. Der Eigentümer ist ein Schatz.

Sehr schöne gut eingerichtete Wohnung, mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Sehr gepflegter Garten und Umschwung. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten und gerne auch weiter empfehlen.
