Unser Alptraum - Aufenthalt fast unmöglich!
Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung in Comnago für 3 Nächte gebucht. Durchaus bewusst war uns die Tatsache, dass es sich um eine ältere Wohnung handelt. Leider sind wir verkehrsbedingt am Anreisetag sehr spät angekommen und haben uns dann quasi gezwungen, zu bleiben. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr dreckig, Geschirr und Haushaltsgegenstände ungewaschen in den Schränken abgestellt, Bett und Sofa mit Flecken übersäht und angegebene Einrichtungsgegenstände (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Fernbedienungen) fehlen. Die Dusche ist nicht nur alt; sie ist voller gelber und brauner Flecken. Ein Duschen darin wäre für uns ekelerregend gewesen und ist unmöglich. Der angegebene Freisitz/Garten ist eine Hofeinfahrt mit Hoftor. Der Vermieter ist nur über den Nachrichtendienst des Portals erreichbar und schreibt auf englisch oder italienisch. Unsere Mitteilung und Reklamation wurde lediglich damit beantwortet, dass die Wohnung jetzt wieder vermietet ist und alles in Ordnung wäre. Zum genannten Zustand der Wohnung bzw. auf die fehlenden Haushaltsgegenstände wurde in kleinster Weise eingegangen. Schade, dass wir hier die von uns gemachten Fotos nicht zeigen können - aktuelle Fotos!
