"A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We ate both dinner and breakfast there as well. Most of the ingredients were locally sourced or even homemade by our hosts. They also helped us with plans for additional recommendations along our trip upon departure. I would suggest anyone who is considering to stay here! "

"Wonderful stay - disappointed it was only for one night! Helpful staff (sorry didn’t catch a name) booked us into a local restaurant for an excellent evening meal! Our room was spacious with a wonderful view overlooking the vineyard. A comfortable bed and a great shower. The hotel is close to all that Vallon Pont D’Arc has to offer. Would definitely stay again - plus their wine was delicious! "
