Located on top of a hill with the feet in the water, Villa Mirabelle, in the hart of a tropical garden,has its own beach and dock.
Baie Rouge Beach is only 300m away, and easily accessible walking .

The Space:
Set above the white sand beaches, this four-bedroom villa, Mirabelle, is large enough for your entire family to stretch out and enjoy.


Villa Mirabelle features four bedrooms that offer captivating views of the lagoon. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and luxury for every guest. The fifth bedroom offers a garden view and its own en-suite bathroom.


The home features iconic indoor/outdoor living in true island style, with an open living space that can be closed off, or opened up to the outdoor patio and private pool. It has its own beach and dock.


Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with view of the lagoon, or head out to try some of St. Martin’s famous dining. 


Your needs are met by a housekeeper and a pool maintenance service during your stay as well. Simply sit back and relax while all the rest is taken care of for you during your stay.


Modern conveniences like Internet and cable TV are also available in the villa. The 4 bedrooms with a view to the lagoon have king size bed, dressing and an en-suite bathroom. The master has TV.

Fantastic property
We are 4 older age couples that have traveled 17 years to different islands throughout the Caribbean. We always rent a property with 4 fairly equal bedrooms. This place was fantastic in that it was not only beautiful and comfortable but it was extremely well run. We had maid service almost every day and that is truly unique. Maid was wonderful. Communication with property manager was a delight in that he fulfilled our every need. You won't go wrong with renting this beautiful villa.
