Pleasant holiday home with private pool

This 3-bedroom holiday home for 6 people located in Les Salelles is perfect for families with children. It comes with garden furniture and a swimming pool for a refreshing swim.

Cevennes nature reserve (800 m) is perfect for nature lovers and Chassezac river (800 m) is great for a swim and canoeing. Gorges de l'Ardèche (36 km) and Pont d'Arc are a must-visit. Bois de Païolive (13 km) with its beautiful forest and limestone cliffs is ideal for hiking. Golf course, tennis court and public swimming pool are at 25 km, 6 km and 5 km respectively. Restaurants are 3 km away and supermarket 6 km away.

The terrace and barbecue are perfect to relax in the evenings. There is a TV, DVD player and stereo unit in the living room to enjoy movies and music. 2 pets are allowed at $ 10 per stay. High chair and cot are also provided for free.

Rustig gelegen vakantiehuis middenin de natuur. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. De woning binnenin kan wel een grondige opfrissing gebruiken. Het tapijt aan de muur is volledig gedateerd. De bedden zijn van slechte kwaliteit. Enkel lattenbodem en een dunne matras. De tweepersoonsbedden zijn ook heel klein. Goed onderhouden zwembad. Volledige privacy. Het huis scoort voornamelijk obv zijn mooie ligging. Dit is echt een troef. Sommige planten zouden wel een snoeibeurt kunnen gebruiken zodat het zich op de bergen nog beter is. Weliswaar heeft de natuur ook een keerzijde. Er zijn heel veel muggen. Mogelijks door de aanwezigheid van een kleine vijver in de tuin. Op wandelafstand is een rivier. Heel leuk met de kinderen. Vriendelijke en correcte eigenaar. Volg zeker de wegbeschrijving want Geo apps zijn hier nutteloos. Huisje dat vooral scoort obv privacy en de natuur maar niets meer.

Guten Tag, der Aufenthalt hier ist für uns fast wie nach Hause kommen. Die Buchung über Bellvilla ist absolut unproblematisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus mit Pool und einem wunderschönen Garten fasziniert uns immer wieder, obwohl wir schon oft hier waren. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Wir sind begeistert von der Umgebung, der Landschaft. Wir würden immer wieder über Belvilla buchen. LG

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Vakantiewoning is zeer mooi gelegen en biedt absolute privacy. Tevens een zeer mooi zicht vanaf het terras en zwembad. Eigenaar is een vriendelijke man. Les Salelles is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor verschillende activiteiten. Het gezellige Les Vans ligt slechts op 6km vanaf de woning. Wij komen zeker nog terug!

De vriendelijke eigenaar kwam ons tegemoet gereden anders hadden het huisje nooit kunnen vinden. Oud huisje maar wel schoon en alles deed prima. De badkamer moet wel aangepakt worden maar de douchestraal was heerlijk. Een fijn zwembad en overdekt terras. Het dorpje Les Vans is erg leuk

Mooi huis, mooi uitzicht, mooi zwembad. Badkamer was minder, paddenstoelen groeide op de muur. Ook zat er een beest,marmot of rat op het plafon. Tussen het dak en plafon. Deze hoorde je elke nacht lopen en knagen. Verder was alles wel netjes en schoon. Ook buiten en het zwembad was top.

Ontvangst was goed, zeer aardige eigenaar die privacy volledig respecteert. Erg mooie locatie, volledige privacy, mooi zwembad en tuin. Omgeving is erg mooi, heel veel afwisseling t.a.v. landschap en veel te doen. Al met al een super mooie locatie. Enigste verbeterpunten is dat matras misschien vervangen kan worden en tuinmeubilair bij eettafel aan vervanging toe lijkt.

Een verzorgde vakantiewoning in een hele mooie streek. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Volledig privé. Een echte aanrader. Misschien iets te weinig opbergruimte. De eigenaar toont zeer veel respect voor je privacy, onderhoud zwembad wordt in de vroege uurtjes gedaan.

Het huisje heeft ons, drie volwassenen, alle noodzakelijke comfort gegeven. Het terrein gaf alle privacy inclusief een heerlijk zwembad waarvan we veel gebruik gemaakt hebben. Het werd twee keer in de week schoongemaakt zodat het altijd zwemmen was in hygiënisch water. Tevens ligt het huisje in een zeer rustige omgeving met voldoende natuurlijke inslag. Een mooi voorbeeld daarvan is bijvoorbeeld de Nachtegaal die zijn territorium in de tuin had...

De plek van de accommodatie was niet zo goed aangegeven ondanks de routebeschrijving. De vriendelijke eigenaar was op de afgesproken tijd aanwezig en heette ons -gezelschap van 4 personen- (en de 2 kleine honden) van harte welkom. Er stond een prachtige bos wilde bloemen op tafel. Indien nodig konden wij de eigenaar bellen, wat 1 maal nodig was voor vervanging van de gasfles. De accommodatie was prima voor 4 personen, gelegen in een mooie 'tuin' met uitzicht op de bergen. Je kon merken dat de eigenaar hart voor de natuur heeft. Het zwembad was groot en erg schoon, met fijne ligstoelen en parasols. Iedere dag werd het zwembad in alle vroegte schoongemaakt. Wij vonden het tapijt op bepaalde delen op de muren in de verschillende vertrekken wat minder. Gewoon geschilderd of behangen of betegeld zou een frissere uitstraling geven.Er was een goede BBQ onder de kersenbomen. De rivier was goed bereikbaar na een kleine wandeling en de natuur was prachtig. Het levendige stadje Les Vans is goed bereikbaar met de auto en van alle gemakken voorzien markt- supermarkt -restaurants -winkels. De prachtige omgeving leent zich voor (sportieve) uitstapjes. Wij hebben gewandeld in Bois de Paölive en in de buurt van de accommodatie en 2 gezinsleden zijn nog wezen canyoningen in de Gorges de Chassezac. Kortom een fijne vakantie en de accommodatie is zeker de moeite waard om naar terug te keren.

zeer rustige locatie met heerlijk zwembad vlakbij de locatie kan je een weggetje naar beneden nemen naar de rivier. huisbaas was heel vriendelijk les vans is ook een superleuk stadje canotocht is aanrader en de wandelingen waren superleuk !
