"Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. I'd recommend being there in July/August if you want more people and stores open, or as I was told, in winter, when there is a free shuttle going to other villages. Overall, I loved...

"No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. Despite being told we could park anywhere in the covered parking we still had a note left on our car asking us to remove it - some better organisation would be good "

"This is a quirky French alpine hotel. Each apartment had a different configuration. We had four different apartments and three were well suited for families. One was a bit difficult to manage with doors opening into each other and sloping root line over the beds.
