Fantastic Location
The property was immaculate and sparkling on a arrival. Roger and his wife and their son were there to welcome us and were very helpful. The court yard was perfect for barbeques. The location of the property was 10 minutes walk from beautiful beaches and the centre of the town which has a great variety of shops and restaurants. There are lots of different areas to explore in Les Sables D'Olonne and would definitely go back again.

Great stay at a lovely home
The house in a normal neighborhood of Les Sables was sweet and cosy. It was equipped with everything one could possible desire. The owners are right next door and very friendly and helpful if needed. 10 min walk to the Grand Plage and the lively centre of the town.

Des vacances en Vendée
Un accueil excellent par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont tout fait pour que nous passions un bon séjour. La maison est très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme près de la gare. La voiture est restée stationnée toute la semaine (le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de nous garder une place devant la location à notre arrivée) nous avons tout fait à pied. La grande plage est à environ 12 minutes à pied et le trajet passe par les rues commerçantes. Pour les courses il y a le marché quotidien aux Halles dans les rues commerçantes (à faire car dans un site magnifique) et des poissonneries dans Les Halles sur le port avec une supérette à côté , boulangerie également à proximité ! Si vous voulez faire du shopping, il y a les rues piétonnes, si vous voulez un resto ou une glace il y en a tout le long de la grange plage et sur le port, il y a des navettes fluviales pour découvrir le port des Sables, le quartier La Chaume….et bien sûr une très grande plage !

La maison, avec sa terrasse fermée de 40m² nous a permis avec nos enfants en bas âge de profitez en toute sécurité de moment de convivialité. Proche de toutes les commodités mais aussi du port et des plages, l'ensemble des déplacements se font à pied

Séjour Agréable
Maison très bien située, proche du centre ville, des commerces, de la plage. Pas besoin de voiture pour aller se baigner. Maison propre et bien équipée. Beaucoup d'activités proches des Sables, malheureusement nous avons été restreint par le "Pass sanitaire" mais cela nous donnera l'occasion d'y retourner car pas très loin du Puy du Fou. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et nous les remercions.

A notre arrivée, la propriétaire des lieux nous attendait pour nous faire visiter la location. Très agréables, elle nous a donné quelques conseils sur l'utilisation des locaux. Au plus proche avec ses locataires, la propriétaire nous a téléphoné durant notre séjour pour savoir si tout se passait comme nous le désirions. Très souple avec les horaires , le jour de notre départ, nous avons pu effectuer l'entretien de la maison sans être pris par le temps. Nous recommandons à toute personne hésitante sur le choix de cette location à se lancer les yeux fermés dans ce lieu calme de villégiature.

Quelques problème dans la maison On paye le chauffage pour la semaine hors sa chauffe peu Télévision a souvent un problème Travaux dans la rue réveillé dès 7h30 hors c'est les vacances Cafetière qu'il ne fonctionne pas Autrement tout est bien Pensée a mettre un panier a linge pour mettre le linge dedans quand c'est sale Je le recommande mais sans les travaux
