Located in a quiet area and close to all city amenities (Port Olona, city centre, train station, main beach), modern and well-equipped, this house will welcome you in complete serenity for good moments with family or friends!

You can enjoy a beautiful living-dining area under veranda overlooking the terrace and garden, equipped with a large corner sofa, coffee table and dining table with 6 chairs, ideal for good meals and evenings conducive to board games!

An independent and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, coffee maker (Senseo + filters)... leading to a second living room equipped with two sofas, TV and WIFI.

On the sleeping side, you will find two bedrooms with 140 beds, with bedside tables and storage wardrobes and a master suite with a 140 bed, two bedside tables, an armchair and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink with storage furniture and a toilet.

You will also have a second bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink with storage furniture, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.

An independent toilet.

The exterior consists of a large terrace under pergolas and a fully enclosed garden, all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy your stay is provided: an above-ground pool (accessible in July and August), garden furniture, with charcoal barbecue and gas plancha, ideal for your grilling evenings.

You will have a private parking space in the house driveway and you can also easily park in the street.
