ROSE Vacances offers this traditional Sablaise family home in the heart of the Présidents district, a stone's throw from Tanchet beach and the shops.
This two-storey house can accommodate up to 11 people.

With its magnificent wooded and fenced grounds, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!

On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a large entrance hall with a lounge on either side with TV, WiFi and a sofa bed (140cm). On the other side is a rustic dining room with a large fireplace, table and chairs for enjoying a good meal.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (filter and Krups), dishwasher, etc. Access to the terrace and garden.

First bedroom with double bed (140cm) and wardrobe.

Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), wardrobe, desk and en-suite bathroom with bath and washbasin.
A second "children's" bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed. En-suite shower room with washbasin and storage space.
A third spacious bedroom with double bed (140cm), wardrobe and desk. Communicating shower room with vanity unit, shower cubicle, storage unit and washing machine.

In the basement is a storage garage with beach equipment, charcoal barbecue and gas griddle, and garden furniture.

Vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
