Cottage 6/8 people near an exceptional dune site, located in a quiet environment and near the beach (700m), in the village of Hatainville.
You will enjoy high-end comfort: kitchen equipped with quality appliances, beds 160 * 200, large walk-in shower.
Kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob 4 fireplaces, plenty of storage, cutlery for 12 people, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

Peaceful area and lovely home
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Quiet area surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owner was fantastic as well and very accommodating.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unserem Hund. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand ist fussläufig durch die Dünen zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Casa completa di ogni tipo di forniture, zona tranquillissima, elettrodomestici di livello. Auto consigliata anche per andare al mare. Ideale anche pef famiglie con bambini, giardino accogliente e recintato perfetto anche per cani. Un nagno ( doccia e wc separati pero’)

Super Ausstattung und ruhige Lage
Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Zeit in einem super ausgestatteten, schönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht. Es fehlte so gut wie an nichts. Perfekt für Hundebesitzer. Der traumhaft schöne Strand ist über einen kurzen Spaziergang über die Düne zu erreichen, an dem Hunde sich überall austoben dürfen. Der einzige Wehmutstropfen ist, dass es keinen Bäcker für ein frisches Baguette morgens in dem kleinen Örtchen gibt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 8 Autominuten enfernt. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und super flexibel, durften mit unserem Hund anreisen ,obwohl wir diesen bei der Buchung noch gar nicht hatten, überhaupt war jeglicher Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit, vielen Dank dafür.

Trotz schlechtem Wetter war es ein schöner Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus von Emmanuelle ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht und mehr. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich völlig komplikationslos. Alle Anfragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Die Lage direkt an den Dünen ist perfekt und man kann wunderbar wandern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten viel Spaß und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Moderne Unterkunft an den Dünen
Der Bungalow ist sehr modern eingerichtet und liegt in einer kleinen Ferienanlage. Es fehlte uns hier an nichts. Man kann direkt vom Haus in die wunderschöne Dünenlandschaft gehen. Zum fast menschenleeren und endlosen Strand führt eine kleine Straße. Im Dorf selber gibt es leider weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten noch Restaurants. Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen genossen.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage
Wir hatten einen sensationell schönen Urlaub in diesem schönen,geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus ! Es fehlte an rein garnichts! Von Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Handtücher, Bettwäsche,Gewürze,Essig,Öl etc ….alles vorhanden! Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ferienpark und ist komplett umzäunt! Für unseren Hund perfekt! Das Bad ist sehr schön, Föhn ist vorhanden! Der Fußweg zu dem für uns schönsten Strand (Plage de Hatainville) ist durch die Dünen ca 20 Minuten! Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsselbox-sehr angenehm! Kommunikation mit der VermieterIn Emmanuelle Hamel perfekt ! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Emmanuelle !!!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und viel Natur
Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Geräumige Dusche. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Barneville-Carteret, 5 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt angrenzend an das Naturschutzgebiet Dunes d'Hattainville, in einer kleinen Neubausiedlung, umgeben von weiteren Ferienhäusern. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten durch die Dünen erreicht. Sehr schöne, wilde, einsame Natur. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, absolut tolle Betreuung.
Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel 2021/2022 für 3 Wochen in dem Haus. Ich kenne die Umgebung sehr gut und habe mich gefreut ein Haus oberhalb der Dünen zu finden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Tolle Urlaubstage im Spätsommer
Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr gut gelegen in einem kleinen Bungalowpark mit neuen Häusern in der Dünenlandschaft von Hattainville. Ruhig und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wenn man das Haus verlässt, ist man quasi schon auf einem Dünenwanderweg. Wunderbar!

Ideal für einen entspannten Familienurlaub
Ein schönes Häuschen in der Nähe traumhafter Strände gelegen. Super ausgestattet und toll geschnitten. Es gab einen netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und sie war sehr zuvorkommend. Man kann sich in diesem Urlaubsdomizil rund um wohl fühlen. : )

Perfect stay
The house was very cozy, clean and well equipped. The surrounding area was calm with beautiful nature. The widest beach we've ever seen just a few minutes walk away. To get to restaurants and supermarket you will need a car. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the house to everyone.

Il est impossible de trouver le moindre défaut à cette location. En effet, les jeunes propriétaires ont pensé à tout : aménagement intérieur, literie, salle de bain idéal avec deux cuvette et une merveilleuse douche à l’italienne, salon de télévision, salon de jardin, fauteuils Très confortables pour la salle à manger extérieur, Parasol haut de gamme, Cuisine hautement technique et même les outils qu’il faut pour manger les Homards et les huîtres. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la réactivité de la propriétaire après un petit problème le premier matin. Ce bungalow est idéalement situé tout près de la mer, En fait une immense plage au pied des dunes hautes de 70 m. Mètres. J’avais oublié le chauffage par le sol qui donne des résultats admirables de sorte que nous N’hesiterons pas à revenir à la saison froide

Schöne "Winterferien"
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden. Es ist relativ neu und hat sehr bequeme Betten. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Wenn etwas war konnte man Emmanuelle (die Vermieterin) immer per Whatsapp erreichen und sie hat auch schnell geantwortet. Auch ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt. Das einzig schade ist, das der Kaminofen wieder entfernt werden musste. Ein Feuer an einem langen Winterabend wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ca. 800m vom Haus entfernt liegt einer der schönsten Sandstrände der Normandie wo man kilometerlang dem Meer entlang laufen kann.

Séjour idéal
Location parfaitement conforme a l'annonce. Nous avons été reçus chaleureusement par. Emmanuelle et un de ses fils, hôte très sympathique. Rien ne manque. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans maison moderne et bien isolée (2 jours très venteux) mais beau temps pour belles balades sur les grandes plages du Cotentin.

Gemütliches Haus, Garten komplett umzäunt. Küche/Bad ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Strand in Gehdistanz durch die Dünen oder der Strasse entlang. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, da hätte man sich ein wenig mehr Mühe geben können.
