"The rural setting was perfect - so peaceful - just what we needed. A soaring buzzard and a few tiny lizards in the garden were the only regular visitors 😂!! We loved the house and it was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen with lots of thoughtful touches. The pool is fabulous - a really good size. As it’s not heated, it maybe a tad brisk on cooler days but great as the weather heats up. There were all sorts of games available- including a table tennis table, badminton and a football...

"We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house . The grounds are huge and full of surprises . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but gave the sauna a miss! There are plenty of lovely places to visit in the area and although the house is up a quiet forested hill it is not remote and has all the shops you need within a 10 min drive. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful All together a great stay."
