"This is a cute one bedroom apartment in a great location, just behind the cathedral and one block in either direction of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The bed was very comfortable. It has the smallest, most efficient sink and shower room I have seen with a separate toilet room. The street outside tends to get busy and noisy in the late evening, so bring earplugs and that should help dampen the voices. Rennes is a beautiful, very walkable city and this apartment is centrally located."

"the location was better than expected ( based on our earlier experience). for two persons it was very functional. location was excellent ( services/shops downstairs, short walk to the centre, close enough to the railway station). calm place, no disturbing noise ( at least in July, when potentially less people in neighbourhood) can warmly recommend when not too hot outside ( no airconditioning)"

"Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön, gut ausgestattet, alles wie gewünscht. Adeline und Vincent sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Etage und ist über eine (relativ breite) Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Vincent wollte gleich helfen, das Gepäck heraufzutragen, ging aber auch gut allein... Die Lage am Fluss ist sehr schön. Nur ein paar Gehminuten und schon kommt man in Richtung Altstadt. Die allerdings kann man dann nur über eine relativ steile (aber wunderschöne) Straße...
