We propose you to rent, on the commune of Les Gets, this charming flat at the foot of the slopes, of a surface of 34 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open plan kitchen, a night area, a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the slopes. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you to enjoy the mountain air!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, filter coffee machine...
- A mezzanine with a TV, a sofa bed (double) and a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and towel dryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of about 6 m² facing South West, overlooking the ski area with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the nice days.

The flat is ideally located in Les Gets, on the slopes and only 800 m from the town centre, in a very pleasant environment in a co-ownership of 12 units. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- The residence is located on the slopes and in the immediate vicinity of the town centre.
- The Chavannes ski lift is located at 1400 m.
- At 200 m from the lake which consists of the nautical leisure base and its various land games.
- The whole of Les Gets is accessible on foot from the residence.
