You will have a surface of 90 m2 only 15 minutes from Angers, just for you! On the floor of a residence composed of 3 apartments overlooking the swimming pool.

The accommodation includes a bedroom (1 double bed 160), a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom (2 single beds that can form a bed 160) with the possibility of an umbrella bed on request. Bed linen and towels are provided, made available at the foot of the bed.

A shower room, a fully equipped open kitchen. A large living room with stove and dining area as well as separate toilets.

Outside, a beautiful terrace, a ping pong table, a paillote with bbq, and deckchairs by the pool for an exotic parenthesis. Change of scenery guaranteed!
