"We stayed at VVF Residence Plagne 1800 Paradiski from 23.03.2023 - 27.03.2023. Our flight was delayed on arrival so we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm. We received an email with instructions that our keys would be in the safe in the hotel building. When we found our keys it said we were in a different building, we had booked ski in/ski out because we wanted ski in/ski out. There was a 'map' in the envolope however this was not a map it was just a illustration of the two buildings next to one...

"I recently stayed at Residence Les Cimes and it exceeded all expectations. The property was clean, modern, with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, yet still had that traditional feel. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, while the cozy living area and stunning mountain views created a relaxing morning/evening before and after a day on the slopes. "Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Perfect location right next to Cabriolet ski lift down to Arc 1950 or very easy to ski direct to other ski lifts. Ski school pick ups very convenient. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side. The pool, sauna, steam and fitness room were great, especially if you avoided the busy period at the end of the day. "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Charles. L’environnement est magnifique, Chamonix est facilement accessible en voiture ou en train. L'appartement est très chaleureux et très bien équipé (même des jeux pour les enfants). Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine, très agréable après une bonne journée de randonnée. Les activités et randonnées ne manquent pas, difficile de faire des choix. Charles est un hôte formidable qui nous a donné plein de conseils. Nous reviendrons certainement...
