"Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Me Ghislaine (réception de l'hôtel de la Tza) qui nous a remis les clefs de l'appartement ainsi que les draps de lits et serviettes de bain. 1km plus loin et nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement 54 (2ème étage) de l'immeuble "le Panorama". Facile à trouver avec Maps. Nous avons eu de la chance car nous étions venus à Arolla il y a 4 ans mais il n'y avait pas de neige, alors que nous étions venus en novembre (du 25 au 30 à l'époque) également. Les...

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 4 dans ce beau chalet avec une vue magnifique. Rien à redire sur le logement. Cependant, nous avons payé des frais connexes d'environ 65% du montant initial de la location ( taxes, nettoyage,...). Ce montant est disproportionné et ne nous a été annoncé que lors de la confirmation finale (peu de temps avant notre départ) :( Ce n'est pas très transparent ou justifiable . Cordialement. R.F."

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). "This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. Everything is within walking distance or you can use the free ski shuttle. Claudia is very helpful. She went above and beyond and called us to make sure we get into the apartment. Sent me videos on how to open the balcony doors… so many surprises in the apartment that will make your stay even better. Highly recommended. Thanks...
