In the heart of Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in Europe, snow guaranteed from November to early May. Departure and return on skis.

Opening from 23/11/19 to 03/05/20.

Cleverly arranged (fitted wardrobes on the walls, from 29 m² to 26 m² Carrez law), you benefit from the sun from morning to evening, a beautiful balcony terrace and complete equipment including 2 ski lockers, a washer-dryer and an electric ski boot dryer to ski dry feet the next day.

Ski-to-door access is ideal for beginners; which is not necessarily the case for all of the resort's residences.

In addition, the ski school is 30 meters away.

Residence with caretaker, sauna, hammam, fitness room, sports shop, mini-market and pizzeria.

P2 indoor parking 2 steps away: the station is pedestrian.

Sports or not, you can enjoy the following activities (non-exhaustive list):

Great apartment to stay with nice views, good layout and warm even in the coldest of winter :) comfortable for 4 people! Warning: no bed linen included but you can get it for extra from concierge services in the same building

Skiing in March

The location is perfect for easy access to the slopes, with ski lockers on same floor and ski in ski out on same floor. The apartment is a standard ski apartment in many ways, but also has some very charming and homely decorative touch’s which makes it pleasant to spend time in. The ski rental store is in the complex, and also a supermarket, which makes getting set up on arrival ver easy. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented from an area in the lobby. The kitchen is well equipped. And there are also plenty of restaurants on the same street.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans la résidence Pierre et Vacances. Le parking P2 est proche, et les commerces aussi. Le centre ville avec les principales activités sont à 5 minutes à pieds. Excellent séjour, je recommande !

A notre arrivée, pas de clés au magasin pour les récupérer comme prévu, appartement non vidé, non nettoyé, plein de sacs poubelles et bouteilles des précédents occupants dans l'appartement et sur le palier, vaisselle non lavée, déchets partout dans l'appartement, cafetière pleine, ménage non fait, brosses à dents laissées sur le lavabo, couettes suspectes, draps non retirés, etc......! De plus, le logement avait été laissé grand ouvert, non sécurisé et toutes les lumières allumées! Nous avons été obligés de trouver en urgence un autre logement par nos propres moyens. Nous avons envoyé des photos au propriétaire et ) Abritel pour prouver l'état de cet appartement! Il serait utile de faire l'état des lieux au départ de chaque occupant pour éviter tout cela

Pas propre du tout, pas de wifi, ni sauna ni hammam

POINTS NEGATIFS : - propreté : à l'arrivée, l'appartement était très sale. Lavabos, baignoire, sols, miroir de la salle de bain et cuisine non nettoyés. Après 10h de trajet, avons dû consacrer 2h au nettoyage complet. Le propriétaire s'est excusé, offert une nuit de + (qu'on a refusé pour raisons de planning) mais n'a pas pris en charge le ménage de fin de séjour. Dommage. - pas de sauna et hammam : contrairement à ce que l’annonce mentionne , il n’y a ni sauna ni hammam ouverts dans la résidence à cette période de l’année (mi décembre). L’annonce aurait dû le préciser. - pas de wifi : l’annonce mentionne que depuis l’appartement, il était possible de se connecter au WIFI public de la station. Malheureusement, nous avons essayé de nous y connecter toute la semaine, et aucun de nos smartphone ou laptop n’a pu s’y connecter. Néanmoins, le réseau 4G fonctionne depuis l’appartement. POINTS POSITIFS : - L’appartement est joliment décoré dans un esprit « montagne » et est ski au pied - L’appartement est au calme, même si la résidence (Les Temples du Soleil, Pierre & Vacances) était prise d’assaut par des autobus de jeunes Anglais et Allemands venus y faire la fête. A part le hall d’entrée de l’immeuble où il fallait zigzager avec ses bagages pour se frayer un chemin à travers eux à l’arrivée et au départ, les nuits étaient plutôt calmes. Il faut dire que l’immeuble est à l’écart du centre (compter 10 minutes à pied via les ascenseurs) - magasin 8 à huit dans l'immeuble
