With a surface area of 70 m², the apartment consists of a bright living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy the view of the mountain.
Private parking. Sheets and towels are not included and can be add in extra.

The duplex :
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the accommodation is composed as follows:

On the second level:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a corner sofa, a double bed, a coffee table, a TV, a desk as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
- A closed kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...

On the first level :
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140 x 190 cm)
- Room 2 : a bunk bed (2 beds), a single mattress on the floor.
- A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin, a clothesline and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of 4 m², facing south and furnished with a table and 2 chairs endowed with a sublime view of the mountains and the valley.

Apartment bien situé
Apartment des années 60s bien situé dans la station des Angles avec un bon niveau d’équipement électroménager et literie. Les volumes sont beaux même si on perd de la place avec le couloir. Au niveau isolation sonore on est dans les normes des années 60, on partage donc la vie quotidienne des voisins. Un grand parking est à disposition ce qui est un plus. Le côté coin nuit est en vis à vis avec un bar ce qui laisse percevoir la musique malgré un bon double vitrage. Au final cela reste une bonne location pour l’été.

Apartamento amplio y cómodo. 🙁 Aunque ponía que habia WIFI, no es cierto. Tampoco nos gustó el detalle de que no hubiera ni una sola bolsa de basura. Traer sábanas y toallas propias es un engorro, así como tener que hacer la limpieza final tu mismo; pero eso ya es cosa del funcionamiento de los apartamentos turísticos en esta zona, creo, ya que vi que en la mayoría era lo mismo."

Estuvimos 2 horas esperando a la casera para recoger las llaves. Llamamos al teléfono de booking pero no había manera de hablar con la persona que debía entregar las llaves. Al entrar al apartamento, nos entregó de muy malas maneras un papel escrito a mano donde ponía en tono bastante amenazante, que debía quedar todo tal como estaba si no no devolvería la fianza."

Le canapé est assez grand pour 4 et il y a une télé correcte avec netflix, ce qui est appréciable après une journée de ski. il y a un lave/seche linge et un lave vaisselle. Cependant il manque un peu d'entretien, pas mal d'ampoules grillées, pas de lumière dans la chambre des enfants. La machine a café est en panne, l'équipement de cuisine est sommaire (comme dans la plupart des locations). L'état de propreté dépend des locataires précédents, c'était correct mais pas super propre à notre arrivée. Malgré ces quelques points, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement."

L'Hirondelle "El apartamento es muy lindo, grande y luminoso, la limpieza depende del inquilino que se va entonces puede que esté bien o no, cuando llegamos estaba ordenado y moderadamente limpio, muy por encima y había polvo, no había luz en los veladores de la habitación principal y en el velador de la segunda habitación y en el trastero que es donde dejábamos nuestros esquis, la Comunicación con la inmobiliaria fue con delay siempre,lo cual era bastante molesto y tuvimos que esperar casi una hora fuera del apartamento para que vengan a traernos la llave y en ese momento nos avisan que NO ANDABA EL ASCENSOR Y ESTÁBAMOS EN EL 5to piso, y eso fue un problema para subir y bajar a diario con mis niños de 3 y 5 años (En elAnuncia decía que había ascensor) El wifi funciona muy bien, en la cocina tenes todo para cocinar, menos cuchillos afilados, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado si te vas a esquiar. Lo tenes que dejar limpio Antes de irte y hay todos elementos de limpieza necesarios. Tiene Lavarropas"

Appartement superbement placé, grand luxe, tout équipé, on peut s'y détendre et faire de bons apéros ! Peut être juste les chambres qui donnent sur l'espace angléo bruyant la nuit... donc boules quies, mais sinon tout était bien. Un grand + à la conciergerie d'altitude qui est remarquable. MERCI
