"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake. However, there are several important areas requiring improvement: - Air conditioning does not exist. "Résidence calme et agréable dans la nature. Mais de nombreuses prestations payantes qui n'apparaissent pas de façon suffisamment visibles sur le site Hotel.com et que l'on découvre à la dernière minute sans avoir pu s'organiser à l'avance (mentionné tout à la fin => on ne les avait pas vues) qui nous ont gâché l'arrivée à la résidence: draps payants, serviettes payantes non disponibles à l'arrivée malgré notre demande (tardive), télé payante, ménage payant à la fin du séjour + pas de papier...

"Très bel appartement avec terrasse et vue sur la mer , proche de la plage . Propre en apparence mais quand j'ai fait le ménage j'ai découvert beaucoup de poussière de la graisse sur le micro onde alors que je n'avais pas cuisiné , aussi le seau du balais espagnol était rangé avec plein de sable dedans !! Surprise ! Autre surprise concernant le tarif on m'a demandé 21euros de forfait pour électricité et eau (je ne l'avais pas lu ) et pour la télévision il fallait aussi rajouter 29euros pour la...

"Jolie villa avec piscine. Très agréable et spacieuse. Dommage que la propreté du logement n était pas à la hauteur. Le sol était sale, des araignées dans la maison. Il en est de même pour l entretien générale de la maison. Cela gâche un peu l expérience. Pour le reste: accueil, tranquillité :RAS "

Adequate hotel for 1 night

"Hotel is clean and bed is comfortble, if decor is slightly shabby. It is fine for an overnight stay when on a journey. Handy for Les Sables d'Olonne which is a nice port with good restaurants. We arrived late so the restaurant was closed but the hotel has a late check in which is useful."

Cheap and cheerful overnighter

"The hotel was convenient for the route we were on. The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and tidy but minimalist. The room was small with bed against the wall so accessible from one side only. The bed itself was comfortable. Being convenient for the route it was also noisy all night if you are a light sleeper ear plugs would help. But it was cheap! "

It’s a condo!

"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces l. They are tiny. And we had no idea that we needed a parking reservation, but you do. And you are expected to clean up when you leave, taking sheets off the beds, and taking the trash to the disposals outside. We don’t require a lot, and everything was functional and clean. I would stay there again. I was just expecting something different. "
