"Very convenient for a ski trip. Clean and comfortable, lovely looking shower but poor water pressure ruins the effect. Reasonable restaurant a few steps away. Breakfasts are excellent with a good choice of hot and cold dishes- even bacon and scrambled eggs!"

"The staff were excellent and very polite, English and French spoken. The hotel itself is kept very clean and has amicably sized rooms if you are just looking for a place to rest after exploring Geneva. We got a number 6 bus, then a 17 tram all the way into the centre of Geneva - takes around 40 minutes total, ideal. "

"This is a relatively cheap hotel, but the quality is more than fair. The rooms are small and a bit basic (no coffee, no kettle, no AC), but they are clean and acceptable in terms of comfort. "Property was in the oldest building in Geneva with its restaurant around the corner. No gym, pool, etc., but very accessible to shopping -- note many steps up and down with quite a grade. Restaurant was not very good; I preferred the room service. Windows opened and there was in room a/c. Comfortable bed, nice toiletries and a large screen tv."

Amazing hostel

"Amazing hostel in Geneva, I was a little skeptical as everywhere I looked for a place to stay in Geneva was really expensive and I ended up going for this hostel and I’m so glad I did. The area was perfect a short and very scenic walk by the river to the old town and close to the bus stop that can take you to and from the airport. The staff were a highlight in this hostel, especially the gentleman on reception (I sadly did not catch his name) who seen I had sunburn on my face on the last night of my stay and gave me some of his own cream for the night, he is a credit to the team and went above and beyond. The breakfast was decent and they also had food on an evening in the restaurant available to purchase and pasta available at reception 24/7. The beds were comfortable the only issue I had was the mattress protector on my bed was very loud making crinkle noises every time I moved but I think this was only my bed as I didn’t hear anyone else’s! Other than that it was very comfortable and everyone in the hostel was friendly. I would love to see some activities hosted there for solo travellers to meet others this would be a great addition. All in all I would definitely recommend this hostel and can’t wait to stay here again!"
