Central location for sightseeing
Overall the house is ok but the window shutters could do with a way to keep them open and not blowing shut. The lighting in the lounge and kitchen could be brighter as the house is dark. Great central location for walking and sightseeing.

Leran est un petit village très calme, les ariégeois sont très gentil, il y a pleins de grottes à visiter, pleins de châteaux, et pleins d’autres choses encore, l’ariège est une magnifique région

Belle maison de village et beaucoup a faire/voir aux alentours.
Mason calme et spacieuse pour nous 3. Bien équipée et bonne literie dans les 2 chambres. Ballades sympa en vélo dans les alentours et pour aller au lac. Une visite à Mirepoix s'impose. Et le pic de Tarbezou depuis le col est magnifique (picnique aux lacs en contrebas). Communication et réactivité très appréciées pour nos questions avant d'arriver et au moment de la réservation !

Fast sehr gut
Ein schönes Reihenhaus in Leran, einem kleinen familiären Ort mit Blick auf die Pyrenäen. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsseltresor und def vorangegangene Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief reibungslos und sehr nett. Leider war der erste Eindruck in das Haus etwas ernüchternd. Es roch muffig nach altem Keller. Lüften und Duftkerze hat nur bedingt geholfen. Im Verlauf stellten wir fest, das die Holzdecke im Wohnbereich direkt unter dem Bad eine deutliche Schimmelbildung zeigte. Und es tropfte nach dem duschen Wasser aus der Decke. Der obere Bereich, das Zimmer in dem wir schliefen inkl. Bad und Toilette waren in Ordnung. Hier gab es auch keinen Schimmelgeruch. Das zweite Zimmer war leider vollgestellt mit Staubsaugern und sonstigem. Nur drei Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung, da durch den Schimmel und die tropfende Decke das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr gegeben war. Ohnf diese Mängel würden wir auch gerne wiederkommen.

Entre la nature et l'Histoire
La maison bien située par rapport aux endroits touristiques, correspond à la description en ligne. Il y a assez d'espace pour se retrouver en famille avec deux enfants, lire dans le petit jardin, jouer etc.La maison est cosy, agréable et bien équipée.Juste un vintilateur ou deux à prévoir pour l'été. Nous avons passé des moments inoubliables à Léran.

Un très bel endroit pour de très belles vacances :)
La maison répondait vraiment à nos critères et les précisions du propriétaire nous ont été très utiles. Nos 15 jours de vacances se sont très bien déroulés : la région est simplement magnifique. Le village accueillant, calme, et même si la maison donne sur une route (pas de trottoir mais c'est bien précisé dans l'annonce), le peu de passage n'est pas dérangeant. La petite cours permet des repas en extérieur et un coin repos. le palmier offre une zone d'ombre naturelle ;) la cuisine est pratique. Le coin salon permet de bonnes séances de jeux en famille. Les chambres sont confortables. les sanitaires ; RAS. Tout cela permet de profiter du cadre naturel absolument sublime.

Belle propriété dans un adorable petit village. Rien ne manque, tout est propre et conforme à la description. Belle terrasse calme et très privée avec une grande table pour prendre les repas en profitant des chants des nombreux oiseaux présents dans la région. Parfait pour un famille de 4 (les 2 enfants dorment dans le même lit). Merci beaucoup aux hôtes de nous permettre de profiter de leur demeure.

The Perfect Place to Stay
My mother and I had a wonderful time staying in this cozy cottage. It was minutes from so much beauty. The lovely village of Leran was like a fairytale to us. So much character and history was all around. Every amenity that we needed was provided. It was very clean and comfortable and cozy. It had such character and we wished we could stay longer. Cottage très chaleureux avec cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle où rien ne manque. Terrasse très plaisante avec transats. La situation de la maison est à côté d'un petit parking pratique. Seul bémol, la rue est très passante et les automobilistes du coin non respectueux de la limitation de vitesse. Sinon petit village charmant. Nous avons passé un agreable séjour dans votre maison et dans la région. Coup de coeur pour la visite de la grotte de Lombrives, le sentier de l'eau et la ville de Mirepoix ! Merci pour tout.

Parfait !
Tout est parfait. La maison de Graham et Floriane est très accueillante. On sent que c'est une maison qui vit, avec tout le nécessaire ! On s'y sent comme chez soi le dépaysement en plus. Très bien situé dans un petit village calme à deux pas du lac de Montbel, idéal pour découvrir les magnifiques régions de l'Ariège et de l'Aude, terres où règne une atmosphère authentique et qui regorgent de richesses, leurs paysages, leur patrimoine historique, cités médiévales, grottes préhistoriques, châteaux cathares juchés sur de vertigineux éperons rocheux, sans compter leur gastronomie généreuse. De quoi ravir le corps et l'esprit. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr poursuivre notre découverte une prochaine fois et nous espérons pouvoir poser à nouveau notre base d'exploration chez Graham et Floriane.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Léran. Notre location était agréable. Rien ne manquait.
Le petit bourg de Léran est très calme . Proche du Lac de Montbel où nous avons pu profiter de l'eau,, de la forêt, et faire de belles randonnées. Idéalement situé pour visiter des villes proches, Foix, Ax les Thermes, Pamiers, Mirepoix, de jolis villages médiévaux. la location fraîche bien appréciée avec la chaleur, tout le confort ménager. Chambre reposante. Merci pour cette location.

Une charmante maison de village, en plein centre, très proche du lac, au point de départ de nombreuses randonnées vélo. des sites historiques passionnants, une région et des habitants bien sympathiques. Notre maison était idéalement équipée, on sentait que c'était une "vraie"maison occupée par ses propriétaires. Une cour un peu petite, peut-être, et un accès direct un peu abrupt sur la rue, avec 2 marches, qui peut être gênant pour des personnes peu mobiles ou des enfants un peu trop remuants et imprévisibles. PAS D'AUTRE REMARQUE !! Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison, sa décoration, ses équipements, la générosité des propriétaires, la qualité de la literie. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la région, le village et la gentillesse des gens en général, et nous avons été stupéfaits par l'animation procurée par le "marché, dégustation, repas communautaire, fête, concert" du vendredi soir! a voir et ...à gouter !

Le chant de Pyrène
La location est très bien située, au cœur d'un village authentique et à proximité d'un magnifique lac. On s'y sent vite comme chez soi, il ne manque rien pour se reposer et repartir à l'aventure des environs Cathares et d'une nature exceptionnellement riche. Impossible de s'ennuyer et de ne pas se régaler les yeux et le ventre !
