"We are extremely delighted by our stay, it beat all expectations! First, we were met at check in by lovely Anastasia - she greeted us, and made us feel very special and welcomed. Room was incredible - clean, all details so well thought through, posh smelling Molton brown products. We took advantage of spa, air hockey and electric bike ride around the area. All included in our stay! My little dog was welcomed as well for a reasonable fee. Breakfast options took our breath away, we felt like royalty when reading the menu and being served by this gentleman (Nikita? Nikolay? I am sorry I missed his name) with a great sense of humour. I work in hospitality industry and, dear management, you did a great job and you have a fabulous team. We will be back! :) "

"Comfort was NO AC as advertised and bed comforter was wrong size for bed.Asked to have AC turned on or a portable fan and owner said NO to both .We even offered to pay for a portable fan if they got one .Still NO .Dirty under furniture and lots of fluff under big dresser. Good news the desk staff was wonderful.Room large and well furnished.Bathroom had tub mat anti slip.Restaurant next door,owned by same person, was excellent.Breakfast was simple.Had they been willing to work with us, on AC being broken, and had got us a fan, even at our expense, our rating would have been a 4.BUT the unhelpful attitude forces a 3. "
