"We arrived at the property where the host had left a generous gift. My husband and I spent the rainy day learning to play new board games. This was an amazing place to disconnect from the world and connect with nature and eachother. Our dog was pretty happy to explore the new smells too."

"Cute cabin perfect for a family of 4. If you like wildlife and nature this is a great place to stay. We saw a family of ducks, family of geese, woodpeckers, butterflies, and turtles in our short stay. The restaurants we picked in Shawano were excellent and Old Glory Candy Store was a good stop. We would recommend to anyone wanting a little quieter getaway."

"This was our second time staying at this property. The owners are responsible. The property is convenient for parking but what really separates this property from its competition is its sheer size. This place is HUGE. The master bedroom is huge. The master bathroom is huge. The living area and dining areas are huge. The downstairs / bar/gaming area is huge. It is very easy for a large group to settle into this property. Space is plentiful for all your needs. Enjoy our stay once more."

Great location for the festivities we were attending at Shawano County Park Pavillion (>5min drive). Less than 10 min drive to downtown Shawano for the farmer's market on Saturday AM.
