"Wow—what can I say (or not say!) about Hotel Teresa? Our room was on the top floor with a massive sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and a table for outdoor dining—though we didn’t use it much because there were so many great food options along the port! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a genuine “welcome home.” Being Easter weekend, the island was buzzing, which only added to the experience. The port was alive with energy—church bells echoed across town, families gathered in cafes, and everyone seemed to be in great spirits. On Easter night, the sky lit up with fireworks, making the celebration feel even more magical. The photos online don’t do this beautifully restored gem any justice. You won’t be disappointed staying here. The room had everything: a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, mini fridge, and plenty of complimentary water and coffee pods. I loved the old French château vibe—it truly felt like stepping back in time. They just don’t make places like this anymore. Go see it for yourself—I highly recommend it. "Traditional stone house, in a lovely little village, high above sealevel. The walk up the hill is truly exhausting, but ok we had been warned abaout that upfront. There is no local co-host on the ground to meet and greet you, so you will have to find your way on your own based on the route description, which has some flaws - in particular the house number was nowhere to be found... Once found, the house offers a spectacular seaview indeed. On the lower end of the experience: The beds are either very worn out and soft (master bedroom) or very hard and totally unflexible (other bedrooms). The interior is decorated more in the style of a provencal countryhome than typically greek, so it reminds a little of that Coldplay song: It was all yellow :-) Lots of cushions and carpets give it a cosy feel. The house was very cold when we arrived (night temperature around 7 degrees celsius, inside and outside...) so the first night was truly terrible. The heating features a hidden switch in a bookshelf, which was not mentioned in the house description. We only learned that via whatsapp from the owner on day 2 after complaining about the bitter cold. We were quite annoyed by the quality of the beds, so we decided to not stay for the full 2 weeks we booked (and paid) - we left after 5 days and rented something else, on our own extra costs. Sad, to summarize, but I'd say: There are many better options in the area. "

"The hotel was awesome, front desk was just pathetic asked questions in regards to ferries and they said IDK I speak and understand Greek too. I heard they will be renovating and re naming the hotel and they are making another one down the road. Hope they put better pp at the front desk. As for the rest of the staff, cleaning lady and staff in the breakfast area. Amazing ! "

"Amazing hotel very modern with beautiful touches. Central in dapia. Room very quiet even though hotel was next to the main road through town. Breakfast was beautiful even though I'm normally a full English guy I 💬 nk I might be converted. Bar beautiful all staff waitresses reception etc amazing."

"The most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered on a vacation anywhere, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. They also pointed me in the right direction toward the best of what Spetses has to offer! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with beautiful modern baths and ice cold air conditioning. I had a balcony with an incredible view! The pool was lovely and peaceful, although the hotel is a short walk to a beach club as well - where I spent a relaxing day of swimming and sunbathing. The breakfast was perfect, and was served on a beautiful patio by the pool under the shade of ancient olive trees. The hotel is also a short walk to the charming Old Port area, and on the way there are cafes, churches, gardens, and postcard-worthy villas under hills covered in pines and flowering vines. Their spa services are also top notch! I can’t wait to return someday."
