"The property is beautiful. There is an expansive yard right on the water with a small beach. It is cozy place with two bedrooms on separate floors. Each bedroom has a bath (one full; one powder room). The kitchen is well-appointed. The furnishings are modern and new. "

"We had tickets to go to the Blue Gate Performing Art Center at Shipshewana IN. This was our first time going into Michigan. This beautiful house at Sturgis is amazing. The house had everything I would want (except needs a King bed in master bedroom instead of a Queen). All the extras in the house were amazing. Loved the snacks left in kitchen, using, the Keurig, etc. Appreciated the instructions for the tv, light switched being labeled & night lights. The furniture in the living room was so...

"Rented Austin’s place for myself and four friends for our 20th Kalamazoo College reunion. The home is beautiful! The front reading room gets beautiful sunlight, and the house is warm and cozy throughout, even though it’s so spacious. We especially loved winding down on the back porch, and using the hot tub. We’ll look forward to renting Austin’s place again for our 25th!"

"This home has it ALL! Our trip was to Shipshewana and we chose this home based on its proximity. Also close to Michigan where we enjoyed an Italian dinner. Greg made sure we had all the amenities including coffee, tea, and even items for S'Mores. Also provided bikes, boats, & wood for campfire. It rained while we there, but no worries...Greg had plenty of games and TV with Internet and You Tube TV. We will definitely be back!! View is gorgeous of Lake. Hos"

"This place had everything you can possibly need and more. We had a great time and even though it was raining one evening we play pool, board games… My kids enjoyed basketball hoop and other games. We sat by the fire and really enjoyed this time we spent there. Wonderful experience ."

"House was lovely and decorated very sweetly, with lots of big comfy furniture and linens that made you feel right at home. The stairs down to the basement were really steep and my heart sank briefly that we should have thought to pack a baby gate (because we have a 10-month-old who is crawling and loves to move), but then I noticed there was a semi-permanent one installed there by the owner. Tons of small, personal touches - they thought of everything."
