Door card reader wasn’t working properly. It would take 5-10 minutes every single time to get access to my room. Area where the hotel is located is a dangerous area according to locals. Wi-Fi suckedand most of the time i would have to disconnect and use my cell data to access the Internet.

Where do I begin? The desk staff aside from valet parking attendant were unfriendly. Thank goodness the parking valet was able to assist me although limited in English - which was understandable. The room was dirty: floor was not mopped (wearing white socks reveal that fact), no blanket just sheets, mold on roof of bathroom, no light bulbs in two lamps leaving only one working, hotel location really..really sketchy, television installed on top of a clothing closet which caused neck cramps just to watch it in addition to the constant buffering due to poor internet/wifi. I will NEVER stay at any Howard Johnson hotels going forward.

Las instalaciones son buenas, el hotel limpio, pero mucho ruido. Entrar de personas desde la 01:00 am, Los últimos inquilinos llegaron a las 04:00 am y a gritar y hacer escándalo. Nos hospedamos en el hotel para descansar y no viajar de noche. Salimos en la mañana todos desvelados con super dolor de cabeza. No hay quien ponga orden. no cumple las espectativas de otorgar un descanso...

Dicen que dan desayuno y mentira, dicen que tienen gimnasio y 4 aparatos y solo uno funciona y ni agua ni toallas hay. Con trabajos te dan botellitas de agua y café, el sanitario tira el agua, falta mucho mantenimiento. No lo recomiendo porque si es caro..

Llegamos y no funciona la llave para entrar a la habitación....otras habitacion no tenía luz. Por fin nos quedamos en una habitación y ruidos cada dos tres horas como si movieran cosas pero muy fuerte, y se quitaba, luego otra vez... Realmente muy mal. Reservamos dos noches y solo tomamos una, nos quejamos en recepción y que no sabían, que pusiéramos nuestra queja.. En fin estuvo pésimo.. Perdimos una noche..
