Es un hotel ya viejo y descuidado, por el precio y quedarse a dormir de paso no hay problema se comprende, el problema que por la feria del globo subieron al triple la reservacion y no me querian hacer valida mi reservacion con expedia que hice 15 dias antes, atendio una persona que revisaba hojas arrugadas mal llenadas y rayoneadas diciendo que nl aparecia la reservacion y me plnaye en ponerle mi reservacion con expedia y me quiso mandar a otro hotel mas lejos pulgoso con una hoja de papel mal escrito que con eso ne recibirian... ajte el problema de arriesgarme a que no ne recibieran en el ptro lugar exigí que me hicieran valida la reservacion y a regañadientes me asignaron la habitacion al precio reservado en la aplicación, no me dejaron usar el estacionamientl, la habiacion descuidada y el agua del baño salio como con polvo todo el tiempo. Repito si es estadia d runa noche y solo para dormir coml era mi caso es aceptable pues esta bien ubicado, pero son payasadas que quieran teiplicar el costo de la reservacion de ultima hora sin querwr hacer valida la reservacion en linea, en mi salida del hotel vi que otro huesped tenia ese misml problema que no le quisieron hacer la reserva valida, ese tipo de gente usurera no deberia estar permititda en las mismas aplicaciones digitales que hoteles de mejor categorioa.

es buen lugar para quedarse pocos días, lo bueno es que está cerca del centro de la ciudad y hay una farmacia guadalajara a 1 cuadra así que es cómodo.

El personal es muy amable, el problema es totalmente con el Hotel. No hay higiene, no hay ventilación en las recámaras, no hay limpieza en las camas, las cobijas tenian un olor raro, las cortinas del baño estaban rotas, las toallas muy muy viejas. Me sorprende que los dejen operar y no haya multas por salubridad. Es económico pero me he hospedado en lugares mas decentes y mejores instalaciones con el mismo o mejor precio.
