"The location was great. Quiet street but still walkable to the whole town. Also 10 minutes walk to airport, really easy. Hotel was very clean and quiet. No complaints. They also extended checkout time with no issue."

When I had an issue with a tour to Kicker Rock that I previously booked, Jose was able to get me on another boat at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was a phenomenal experience.
