About the property
Steward's Cottage is a cosy home from home with everything you will need for a relaxing break in the Herefordshire countryside. The cottage is bright and airy with a stylish lounge, a modern kitchen with high end fixtures and an enclosed garden with a sauna and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Being only an hour's drive from the Cotswolds, this beautiful estate offers stunning lakeside and woodland walks for you and your four-legged friends and access to a pre-bookable indoor swimming pool.
The space
This luxurious cottage makes a wonderful holiday home for up to eight guests. On the ground floor, there is a large fully-fitted kitchen/dining area finished to an extremely high standard, complete with a range of quality fitted units, integrated appliances. Adjoining the kitchen is bright conservatory with a dining table for eight guests and patio doors opening into a good-sized enclosed garden with a hot tub, sauna and garden furniture.
Meanwhile, the cosy lounge area is complete with a crackling wood-burner and a large corner sofa, perfect for sitting down to relax after a day of adventure.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedrooms has a super-king-size bed, luxury linens, Smart TV and ample wardrobe and drawer space. The second double room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV, along with a luxury fitted en-suite with a bath and over-head shower.
To the first floor via a carpeted staircase, there are two more standard double rooms with zip and link beds which can become a twin on request. One room has an en-suite wet-room fitted with walk-in shower, while the other room has access to the main bathroom comprising a bath with an overhead shower.
Meanwhile, the shared, on-site swimming pool is also available to book for two hours per day via the app.
Guest access
The property is accessed via a private entrance and a member of the estate staff will be on hand to meet and greet guest on arrival. We request that you call 15 minutes prior to arrival and you will be met at the gates.
Sustainability
The property benefits from solar PV panels and is heated by a biomass central heating system.
We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.
Pool: Daily two-hour pool slots are bookable in advance, subject to availability. Information will be sent to you ahead of arrival.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
