This modern apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located in a holiday home in the popular holiday resort of Leogang in Salzburgerland, directly in the well-known Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area.

The holiday home is a semi-detached house (right part), which is divided into two modern holiday apartments. This holiday apartment is on the ground floor and has a living room with wood stove, sofa bed and direct access to the terrace, an open fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. There is a second bedroom with bathroom in the basement.

There is a washing machine and a sauna in the basement. The house's ski storage room is shared with other guests who live in the left part of the house.

The holiday resort of Leogang is located at 788 m above sea level in a valley basin, the long Leoganger Tal. Surrounded by the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, the place is a good starting point for an active holiday in Pinzgau and offers lots of outdoor activities.

In winter, the free ski bus takes you to the well-known Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with a total of 270 kilometers of slopes. Alternatively, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See offers 77 kilometers of slopes, and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers 60 kilometers of slopes.

In the Saalfelden - Leogang region there are 3 outdoor pools for lots of swimming fun in summer: the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden, the Sonnrain leisure complex in Leogang and the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, as well as a large selection of restaurants.
