"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns sehr auf das Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung gefreut! Leider wurden wir bitterlich enttäuscht. Vorweg sei gesagt, dass die Kommunikation vorab ohne Probleme mit dem Inhaber verlief. Der Schlüssel für die Tür war vor Ort und wir konnten direkt in die Immobilie. Im Online Inserat wurde hinsichtlich der Ausstattung angegeben, dass es einen Grill gibt. Dieser war leider nicht direkt vor Ort und erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Inhaber haben wir die Info...

"Wir waren über Weihnachten mit 10 Personen in der Ferienwohnung. Die Maisonettewohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auf dem Hof gibt es Kettcars, es gibt ein Heuballenspielraum, viele Tiere, man kann grillen und einfach entspannen. Wer die Ruhe mag, für den ist es hier super. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der FeWo Rotfichte sehr genossen. Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die FeWo ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und hilfbereit. "Wunderschöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung , alles sehr sauber und für Hundebesitzer ideal, da ein Waldstück direkt am Haus angrenzte . Die einzige Schwachstelle ist leider die stark befahrende Straße vor dem Haus , die man nur im Garten und mit offenem Fenster wahrnimmt , sind die Fenster geschlossen hört man absolut nichts , würde aber trotz der Straßengeräusche jederzeit wieder dort übernachten wollen ."

"Das Haus war neu und gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation und der Kontakt zur Verwaltung waren sehr gut. 2 Sachen sind zu bemängeln. Punkt 1 : Es fehlt an ausreichend Sitzmöbeln im Wohnbereich. Eine 2 Sitzer Couch und 1 bequemer Stuhl sind für 4 Erwachsene zu wenig. Nicht jeder möchte auf einem Küchenstuhl den Abend verbringen. Punkt 2 : Aus dem Abfluss der Dusche stinkt es. Es ist erforderlich die ganze Zeit im Bad das Fenster offen zu lassen. Dies sollte noch abgestellt werden."
